With over 1000hrs of training under his belt, yoga practice keeps him free of old injury pains & allows quality & range of movement with a new level of body awareness & inner strength. This is what he offers to you.
Chris's calm & easy going nature will get you to discover parts you’ve never experienced with the most subtle of invitations. Join Chris for Tantra Yoga classes on Sunday.

With a passion for surfing & the ocean Matt spends a lot of time in &
around the water. After a severe surfing accident that changed everything, he went to his first yoga class, “I was hooked, physically I healed & became stronger within months, but over time my attitude towards myself & life changed around me”.
Matt says, “Yoga is a movement beyond movement itself, we sense an inner calling to go deeper, deeper into our own practice, to practice, not harder but with more grace & intelligence, to feel more then body sensations”.
“Yoga is a dance that leads us deeper into the truth, the true nature of being, pure LOVE”.
Join Matt for Tantra Yoga, Sun & Moon classes on Saturday.
